From the beginning, we emphasize learning the fundamentals: posture, hand coordination, finger dexterity, fingering, fluidity, and musicality.
Pieces, whether classical or modern, are selected in collaboration with you and updated regularly to maintain motivation throughout the year.
We teach the Do-Re-Mi or C-D-E notation system.
Each student progresses at their own pace: encouragement and praise are encouraged, but pressure is not.
In every class, the assignments for the following week are clearly noted in a notebook to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Method or scorebooks can be purchased by you from the store or through the teacher, in which case the cost will be billed to you at the purchase price.
Classes are offered at your home in French, English, or Cantonese.
