On December 7th, FHK Music held a Christmas concert that showcased the hard work of our students and brought together our community. With over 150 students performing, it was a busy day filled with music and joy. The concert was organized into three parts, with more than 420 participants in total.
The concert featured a variety of performances, including solo acts, pop choir selections, and our new pop rock bands. We also had a 12-member orchestra, duets, ukulele groups, and singing ensembles. Each performance highlighted the diverse talents and motivation of our students.
Our teachers were excited to see their students shine, and parents expressed their pride throughout the event.
To add to the festive spirit, we gave Christmas gifts to all our happy students. At the end of each concert segment, our teachers led a karaoke-style Christmas medley, encouraging everyone to join in and celebrate together.
This event is an essential aspect of FHK Music’s three-pillar methodology: private lessons for progression, group activities for motivation, and concerts for pride and sharing.
Additionally, we were pleased to support the Mayaa charity, which focuses on enhancing education for children in Nepal and Hong Kong.
The Christmas concert was a wonderful reminder of the joy of music and the importance of community. We look forward to more events like this in the future.
