Private lessons
(Instruments, singing)
This year, we are thrilled to welcome an array of solo instrumentalists, including those who play piano, flute, violin, guitar, ukulele, saxophone, and drums, as well as talented singers. In addition to our individual performers, the concert will feature fantastic group performances from our orchestra, pop choirs, ukulele ensembles, music induction classes, and lively pop rock bands. It promises to be a day to remember as we come together to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our students.
Moreover, this event will also host our highly anticipated Secret Student trophy ceremony, adding an extra layer of excitement to the day. Families, students, and teachers will have the opportunity to admire the incredible performances while witnessing the recognition of our contest winners.
We are excited to announce that our grand end-of-year concert on June 7th will take place in two concert halls at the Wanchai Methodist Church, allowing us to utilize both spaces simultaneously for an even more dynamic event!
The first floor will feature a grand piano and is designed to accommodate all our talented piano players. This space will provide the perfect environment for the beautiful sounds of solo and ensemble piano performances. On the 5th floor, we will host our energetic pop rock bands, creating a vibrant atmosphere that suits their performances. With different equipment in each hall, we aim to set the right tone for our diverse range of acts.
All other performances, including choirs, guitarists, violinists, flutists, and saxophonists, are welcome to use both venues, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. We will be sending out a form after the Easter break to sign up and select your preferred timeslot for the performances.
The event will run from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the following schedule in the Sanctuary hall:
9:30 – 11:00 AM: Round 1 (1/F Floor)
11:00 – 12:45 PM: Round 2 (5/F Floor)
12:45 – 1:15 PM: Secret Student Trophy Ceremony (1/F Floor)
1:30 – 3:30 PM: Round 3 (1/F Floor)
We look forward to a day filled with inspiring performances and memorable moments! Keep an eye out for the sign-up form, and let’s make this a concert to remember!
Mark your calendars and prepare for a wonderful day filled with music and celebration! We can’t wait to see you there and share in this special occasion together.
