Do you dream of becoming a talented DJ ? A real musician who can learn, understand and mix beautiful music (and not only changing soundtracks!)...This class is made for you!
Electronic Music presentation and evolution covering many genres, with basic mixing, BPM adjustment, and equalization.
With your favorite genres of music, you will then learn how to achieve a complete mix with your own equipment.
The teacher will guide you through the DJ routine, mixing many songs, adjusting technique according to the music genre, and adding creativity with filters and effects.
To follow you progression, the teacher will send a tracker every month, which will resume the progression status and work focus.
At the end of the semester, the teacher will record a 45-minute live mix of each student, mixing back-to-back. Recorded mixes will be posted on the FHK youtube channel for people to vote for their favorite mix in each.
All students will have the opportunity to perform on stage during the FHK Music concerts twice a year, for a short mix with their favorite tracks, especially edited to a short version for the occasion, with their skills live shown on the screen.
The teacher will first provide the necessary equipment for the student to begin their DJ classes. However, as with musical instruments, students will soon need their own equipment to train and progress. The Teacher will help in the equipment selection according to the necessary needs, expectations, and reasonable budget.
